Elliott came to school with a special bag of beads that he wanted to share with us. These beads have been given to Elliott as he has been such a supportive sibling to his brother Hamish, who is going through cancer treatments. Each time Elliott is brave or shows courage for different things, he gets a special sibling bead. He has a very long string of beads and Hamish, his brother has 851 beads for each procedure he goes through!
What a brave family.
Kaia has also told me all about elliot the new boy and his brother! She was very concerned while telling me but said she was so proud of them with all their beads because they were both so brave hehe. The things kids say 🙄
