Welcome To Term 3!
We are very excited about starting a new term with another new learner and a birthday! Welcome Olivia and happy birthday Kaea!
A Giant visited our room and we had to measure his feet and hand prints he left behind! We then compared our own hands with the giants.

Barrier Games
We have been learning to use positional language and extend our sentences when we talk. Mrs Ray showed us how to play a barrier game with sticks, a barrier and a buddy. At first, we were not very good at explaining how to build what we had made, but after a few turns, we really thought about what we could say to make it easier for our buddies to build it! We love this new game.

Assembly Sharing / Pepeha
Last Friday Room 2 shared some of our pepeha's (introducing ourselves) and koru art of our peheha, with the school. We spent a long time writing and learning to say our Pepeha at home and then at school. Mrs Ray was very proud of us.
