Swimming Display

Such an amazing display of clever simmers today!  We were so proud of you all in Kiwi team. 

Caterpillars

We discovered our teeny tiny caterpillar eggs had hatched out on our swan plants!  We were very excited to find them and had to use our magnifying glasses to see them! 

Ribbon Fitness

Mrs Ray got out her ribbons for us to run around with at fitness time.  We loved how the followed us and swirled in the wind!

Elgregoe The Magician Comes to Pukete

On Friday we were lucky enough to have Elgregoe the magician come to Pukete school.  

He showed us some amazing tricks and even taught us some great messages throughout. 

Below are some stories we wrote about the show today.

What is our Favourite Super Hero in Room 2?

 We first had to survey everyone in the class what the question "Who is your favourite superhero?" We learnt how to take tally marks and ask a question.  We really enjoyed this part!

Next, we talked about what we found out and made a pictograph to show our information.  

We found out that Cat woman was the favourite superhero and Batman and Thor was the least favourite.

Kelly Sports and Painting Tron Rocks

It was such a busy Friday! We had some fun trying out Kelly sports to see if we wanted to join it after school on Mondays.  It was great fun!

Then we had a go at painting super virtue Tron Rocks! We love how they turned out and will hide them somewhere for others to find.
